The story starts over 40 years ago with a kid that loved to draw and was fascinated by just about everything that had a motor and or a circuit board which had to be taken apart…broken or not, just to see how it worked.
For over 20 years, Daniel Verdin and his team of tradesmen, artisans, and artists have designed and built homes, high-end commercial, multifamily developments, outdoor pools, lagoons, and resorts throughout Austin and central Texas. His breadth of knowledge and experience spans well beyond Design and Construction. Daniel has designed, fabricated, welded, machined, upholstered and programmed some of the most unique pieces of furniture, useful machines, and a robot or three.

What We Offer
Design, build, and fabrication under one roof. One accountable partner from empty suite to finished space, and the objects inside it.

We design the space and everything inside it. Layouts built around how your team actually operates, drawings and engineering details for permit, and custom pieces specified down to the joinery. On one 50,000 sq ft facility we built custom VR software so the client could walk the finished space before construction started.

We run the project as general contractor — trades, permitting, inspections, and schedule. That includes the work most crews won't take on: building around a live operation, code and ADA compliance in an old building, or a permitting problem that has a business shut down. We re-flowed a 25,000 sq ft warehouse in phases while the client shipped orders every single day.

The part most shops send out, we build in-house. CNC-routed Baltic birch, structural steel engineered and blackened, roll-formed stainless panels, custom millwork, counters, signage, and furniture. Modular desk and wall systems cut to tolerances tight enough to slot together on site with no field fixes.
